    We work with Franchisor, Architect and General Contractor to Optimize the hotel design and layout. We leverage Value Engineering for more efficient design and construction cost.

    We Make Loans Easier

    We have access to lenders for both new hotel development and hotel PIP Renovations. We can assemble the loan requests and solicit term sheets for owners.

We maintain a varied database of vendors and provide pricing comparisons and access to a variety of products based on price point and lead time requirements.

Designers

We work with a variety of designers that are strictly involved in hospitality and know brand specifications and select vendors that will be brand approved.

Contractors

We conduct all Proposal Requests, Price Negotiations and assist Owner in negotiating final contracts that are price effective and minimize owner liability.
