Historic Hampton Inn Freeport

Conversion of Historic Hotel to Hampton Inn Freeport. Atira completed a $3MM conversion of the 154-room Stephenson Hotel to a 72-room Hampton Inn Hilton. Atira worked with the city of Freeport to utilize Tax Increment Financing to facilitate the development. The developer also utilized Historic Tax Credits to reduce the cost basis.
