New Hotel and Retail Construction Competed a $24MM new hotel development. The 145-room hotel with 10,000 sq.ft. Of retail space was built in 10 months in the city of Chicago. The hotel features a custom lobby and bar, as well as, a roof top deck and a variety of restaurant tenants including Argo Tea, Raising Canes and Onward.
